Where does this model fit in for Gold Detectors? 

Being VLF expect the extreme sensitivity you know from a VLF with a much more balanced audio output, small gold, disseminated gold like you've never seen. 

Does it punch as deep as a SDC2300 no definitely not in most situations the sdc will outperform on depth but the weight of this detector alone will put it right up there with any PI detector in that sub 5 inch ground.
